If you own a MK1 automatic and the gear selector lever feels loose these are the likely culprits. The MX5 window roller/ wheel replaces the original worn nylon roller on the rear of the window to stop sticky operation and your electric window running slow or your window being hard to wind up, apart from burning your electric window switch out and having to replace it, you stand the stand the chance of the window cables snapping. The problem being is the back window roller is probably broken, spilt or out of round. MX5 Spares has had these rollers especially made out of Acetal a far better product than the original nylon ones. The originals are now obsolete.
